A phone call came from Grandchild #1, 3 years, 9 months. Mom had been doing CCS with him when he adamantly declared, “I don’t want Duple meter, I want Triple meter!” He called Grammy with his request, explaining, “Duple meter doesn’t……I like Triple meter better!” Grammy asked if he would like for her to give him some Triple meter. "Yes." Grammy obliged with a chant in Triple meter. He was apparently satisfied, as before she finished, he dropped the phone and was off playing with something else.
